Eco Friendly Farming
We do not spray our trees with pesticides and we use natural fertilizers from our chickens that are free to wander through out the groves. We add nothing to our fresh produce, no waxes, polishes or other surface enhancers. Our fruit is hand polished with a clean cotton cloth. Nothing else touches the fruit. We feel that this is very important. Pick up one or our pomegranates and smell it. Then smell a pomegranate from the grocery store. We guarantee that ours will smell fragrant. This is an important way to tell that there are no coatings other than the fruit's own natural skin preservatives. The flavor of the pomegranate is there for you. Yet, the natural preservatives on the skin keep the fruit fresher.
